In an attractive, modern residence, in the heart of Argentière, this apartment sleeps 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) and is an ideal base for a family holiday, at any time of year. Situated on the ground floor, with the living area opening onto a private balcony, the flat offers stunning views over the large, communal garden and the mountains beyond, including Mont Blanc.
The spacious living area, with wooden walls and ceilings, is very bright, thanks to the large picture window and glass door to the balcony. Chairs are set up on the balcony so that guests can enjoy the alpine scenery. Inside, there is a round dining table for 4 people and a flat-screen TV, with a chest of drawers and a traditional-style wardrobe. Next to the chest of drawers are two single beds, (with new, comfortable mattresses) which are joined together. The modern, fitted kitchen is partitioned and well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The residence has a large, communal garden with table tennis, a swing, volleyball, pétanque and a heated swimming pool for guests.

Location
In a quiet area of central Argentière, this property is close to the ski lifts (250 metres), via a private footbridge and it is near the ski shuttle buses for easy access to other ski slopes and hiking trails. The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers, plus there are runs for beginners. Some higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May.
The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. The weekly farmers market, every Sunday morning, in Place du Village (8 minutes walk), offers the very best of local produce and specialities for cooking at home. There are also several supermarkets close by.
The Chamonix valley is an exciting holiday destination all year round. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, rafting, golf, climbing, paragliding and horse riding.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from the property. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, on the Mont Blanc Express. Argentière railway station is a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
